i) Waitlists When you sign up to our waitlists by completing the forms embedded in our Website or provided at events where IIocation is being marketed (“Pop-ups”) we may require that you voluntarily provide us with Personal Information and/or Business Information which can be used to identify and contact you, including your name, personal email address, business name, business email address, gender etc.
ii) Contact Form When you complete the contact form embedded in our Website we may require that you voluntarily provide us with your personal or business email address and request that you provide personal identifiable information or business information which can be used to identify and contact you, including your name and surname or business name respectively.
iii) Prototype or Beta Version Of Mobile Application When you test a prototype or beta version of our Application, if you provide us with permission/access, we may collect the following information:
Live Geographical Location We may request access to your live geographical location and/or permission to track your live geographical location continuously or while you are using our Services - based on your choices -, as well as access to geographical location-based information from your mobile device, to help us provide location based services. We are not responsible for the data privacy policies and/or practices of our Customers which may differ from those set forth in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party applications, products, services or platforms etc. (collectively, “Third Party Services”) that - but not limited to - perform services related to our Services, perform services on our behalf, assist in the provision of our Services to you or assist in analysing your use of our Services etc. Third Party Services are provided by independent Third Parties with their own terms of use and privacy policies and practices that we do not control thus are not responsible for. IIocation’s Services are intended for download and use by individuals over 18 years old (“Adults”) only, thus we have implemented a self-certification for age during the onboarding process of some of our Services e.g. our Application. We do not solicit, knowingly collect or retain Information from Children, thus by using our Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
